You can purchase Gems at a reduced price for 24 hours after completing Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier on Normal difficulty in single-player.
Note: If you have already completed it, you will be able to purchase the Gems for up to 24 hours upon updating to Ver. 2.43.0 or higher.
