Get ready to track down some Pokémon you may have had trouble finding! From Friday, January 26, 2024, at 00:00 UTC to Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 23:59 UTC, mass outbreaks of Gulpin, Stunky, Skrelp, and Clauncher will be appearing throughout the Paldea region.
Pokémon encountered in these special mass outbreaks are more likely to have the Uncommon Mark or Rare Mark depending on the version of the game they appear in. These normally version-exclusive Pokémon can be encountered in both the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet games during this event, so have fun completing your Paldea Pokédex!

Gulpin and Clauncher encountered in these special mass outbreaks are more likely to have the Uncommon Mark. Stunky and Skrelp encountered in these special mass outbreaks are more likely to have the Rare Mark.
Mass outbreaks are a phenomenon in which many of the same species of Pokémon appear in one location. During limited-time mass outbreak events, certain Pokémon will become more likely to appear.
