UVS Games has announced its competitive organized play program for 2024, which will culminate at Worlds 2024 in Orlando, Florida on February 14-16, 2024. Play will be structured in four seasons, kicking off February 26, 2024 with Local Qualifiers (through April 7), followed by WebCam Regional, North American (and other territories) Major Regional, and Local Championships May 4 or 5, 2024.
Local Qualifiers and Championship events for Season 1 will feature Standard Constructed format; with a variety of other formats planned for throughout the year. Event formats for organized play include Standard, Retro, Spotlight, Limited, Triple Threat, and Special.
Season 2 will run May 20 through July 28; Season 3 August 19 through October 27, and Season 4 November 11 through February 16, 2025.
UVS is coming off its largest-ever competitive event, with over 400 players participating at the invite-only U.S. Nationals.
