These Pokémon players rose to the challenge in the latest event of the 2023 Championship Series season.

The Pokémon Europe International Championships took place over three exciting, match-filled days in London, England, on April 14–16, 2023. As the third International Championships event of the 2023 Championship Series season, the event featured heated competition across the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon Video Game Championship, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE.

Close to 3,000 Pokémon players gathered in London, England, from April 14–16, 2023, for the Europe International Championships of the 2023 Championship Series season.

London, UK — April 18, 2023 — Over the weekend, Pokémon fans and players from around the globe gathered at ExCeL London in London, England, for the 2023 Pokémon Europe International Championships. The competition featured a payout of Championship Points and thousands of dollars’ worth of prizes, spread between the Pokémon Trading Card Game, the Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet video games, Pokémon GO, and for the first time at an International Championships, Pokémon UNITE.

Across three days of intense competition, Trainers taking part in Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon video game, and Pokémon UNITE tournaments battled for high Championship Point payouts, used to determine Travel Awards to future International Championships events and invitations to this year’s Pokémon World Championships taking place in Yokohama, Japan, from August 11–13. Pokémon GO players also battled for a chance to qualify for the 2023 Pokémon World Championships.
