Mega Medicham and Shiny Bruxish debut in Pokémon GO Festival of Colors during Rising Heroes, here’s everything you need to know about the event

Niantic is continuing to announce new events and content for Pokémon GO. Read on below to learn more:

Trainers will be tickled pink to add new entries to their Pokédex, enjoy event bonuses, and more.

Pokémon GO is offering Trainers a golden opportunity to expand their catch palette with the Festival of Colors, which runs through March 14, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. local time. To celebrate, Pokémon GO’s rolling out the red carpet for Mega Medicham and Shiny Bruxish as they make their Pokémon GO debuts in Mega Raids and wild encounters respectively. Orange you excited for event bonuses—including three-hour Lure Module duration and Friendship levels that increase twice as quickly throughout the event? And Trainers that complete the Festival of Colors Collection Challenge will earn a whopping 20,000 XP and a Lure Module for their efforts. That’s nothing to be blue about!

Event Bonuses

Take a few snapshots every day during the event for a surprise!*

A Festival of Colors Collection Challenge is coming soon!

Complete the Collection Challenge by the end of the event to earn 20,000 XP and a Lure Module!
