Jasco Crowns ‘My Hero Academia CCG’ UniVersus World Champion

Jasco Games has crowned a My Hero Academia CCG UniVersus World Champion at their 2022 Las Vegas Hero League Championship event, which took place at Alexis Park on January 27 to 29, 2023.

The tournament to crown the My Hero Academia CCG UniVersus World Champion took place over two days of matches. A top 32 bracket boiled down to four players remaining: Daniel Nelson (plays at Gamers Guild AZ), Kevin Broberg (plays at Millennium Games and Rochester CCG), Philip Chybiorz (plays at MAWO Cards), and Zane Landrigan (plays at Grimdark Gaming). Broberg and Chybiorz battled their way through the semi-finals to face off in the finals. In the end, Broberg prevailed to become the champion.

Jasco Games also previewed their League of Villains set at this event in a sealed tournament (see “New ‘My Hero Academia CCG’ Booster Set“).
