Last chance to join Wargamer at W.A.S.D 2022 game show

W.A.S.D 2022 – a brand new game convention in the famed London Games Festival – is now just a few days away, but there’s still time to nab your tickets before the show kicks off on Thursday, April 7.

Spanning three days through to Saturday, April 9, the show features over 100 playable videogames by everyone from hand-picked Indie game ‘curios’ through to huge AAA studios – as well as a stack of brilliant events, talks, and panel discussions from across the game industry, organised by our big sister site PCGamesN, the show’s official media partner.

Despite its name, though, W.A.S.D 2022 isn’t all screens and keyboards – your Wargamer team will be there too, proudly repping the wonderful, tactile world of tabletop gaming. We’ve cooked up the W.A.S.D Tabletop and Chill Out Zone, where you can check out, play, and walk away with a selection of the best tabletop games around – as well as check out live demonstrations of Total War: ROME: The Board Game and cutting-edge tech-aided board game device Teburu.

If that wasn’t enough, we’re also hosting a panel on Friday, April 8 about the ever-busier relationship between the tabletop and videogames, featuring Chris Birch (founder and CEO of Modiphius, the firm behind Fallout: Wasteland Warfare and The Elder Scrolls: Call to Arms) and Adam Bradford (CDO of online TTRPG platform Demiplane, and founder of D&D Beyond).

If that tickles your fancy, but you can’t run to the whole three days, grab yourself  a Friday Pass here:
