Gamewright will release Word Heist, a new word guessing game, which will be coming in 2021 to retail stores.
In Word Heist, players secretly make a word with the letters displayed in the gallery. They can earn bonuses for using featured letters, and meeting the parameters of the vault. Players score points by dropping as many clues as they can about their word, but if another player guesses word, they score instead. The master word thief is the player with the most points at the end of the game.
The game box comes with 36 player tokens, 26 letter cards, 20 vault cards, 6 player boards, 6 dry erase markers, a game board, and rules. This game is for two to six players, ages 10 and up, and plays 20 minutes. It will retail for $20.00.
Gamewright also announced Yokai, a cooperative memory game (see “‘Yokai’“).
